Weekly Photo Challenge: Yellow
A very unseasonal pop of yellow from Sherkin Island. Just a quick little note to go with this week’s yellow photo challenge to update you on the island funding situation. I believe that the cut-off deadline has been extended until March 2015 but negotiations are on-going in the meantime. I’ll keep you all posted when I know more.

And to you too Patsy!
Aah that IS a great piece of hopeful news before Christmas Patsy ! That iridescent green dung beetle could almost be an art deco inspired brooch pinned onto those yellow daises 🙂 How lovely .
Thank you, Poppy. That’s a lovely ‘way of seeing’.
Canny wee beastie!

Beautiful shot, Patsy!
Thanks Stefano!
Patsy, that’s good that there’s an extension. Fingers crossed it gives time to convince and convince successfully.

Thanks Janet. I was glad that the dung beetle stayed long enough for me to take the photo!
Such a necessary bug and beautiful, but such a prosaic name. 🙂
