Field of trees

My personal reflection on how one tree captured my interest, respect and love has appeared in the Irish Examiner. This tree has been part of my daily walks for the past sixteen years. I have photographed it in each season over the years, and when I took part in a workshop during our second lockdown in November last year, it gave me another opportunity to think about the tree… and to get a little closer.
This is wonderful, Patsy! Tell me! Does 3715 still stand?
Yes Dale! I am delighted to report that it is still there. In fact, I have just come back from a walk and it is looking wonderful.😊
Wonderful! Must be from all the love you gave it 🙂
Oh def…😉 It was all that hugging! 🤗
😀
Kudos to you, Patsy!
I definitely share you love of trees. Several years ago I did a similar project based on a chinaberry and a gingko tree. It was very rewarding. You can find it under my category ‘Tree Project” (https://andelieya.wordpress.com/category/tree-project/)
Oh wow! You are amazing! I have just had a quick look at your posts but will come back later to read them. I think we are kindred spirits for sure.
Thanks, Patsy! I always thought we were. (Since 2012? Could that be?)
Oh Patsy, well done. A magical read.
Thanks Jean! 🤗🌳
